I'm Kyler Dixon, founder of Kyler Coded. My career began in Applied Behavior Analysis, where I spent nearly four years working directly with clients and learning how important it is to understand individual needs before designing a solution.
After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, a frustrating customer experience in the beauty industry inspired me to explore how technology could improve the way beauty professionals operate while creating a smoother experience for their clients. What began as an idea led me to teach myself automation workflows, AI chatbots, CRM integrations, and the tools needed to bring those systems to life.
Today, I help service-based business owners solve operational problems they may not have realized could be automated. My approach is never to add technology simply for the sake of it. I take the time to understand the business, identify the real source of the problem, and create a solution that makes sense for the owner and their clients.
I'm especially passionate about helping small business owners who know something needs to change but are unsure where to begin. My goal is to make AI and automation feel less overwhelming and give founders systems that allow them to work more efficiently, serve their clients more consistently, and regain time outside of their businesses.
