I'm a working RBT and the founder of Kyler Coded, an AI automation agency that builds custom automated solutions to bring a brand new level of efficiency to your practice, recovering your time, revenue, and peace while keeping your families happy.

After four years as an RBT, I know that so much of running a practice is chasing, tracking, and re-entering things that should take care of themselves. I've seen many authorization lapses, scheduling conflicts, and audit penalties firsthand. I've also observed how families are affected when sessions get cancelled or services are paused. I've also lost hours and income myself from missed sessions, because there were no makeup or coverage opportunities.
